Article 1: General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern your use of ProductImage Pro, a batch product-image processing application for macOS. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2: Definitions

App: The “ProductImage Pro” batch product-image processing application for macOS

User: Any individual or entity that downloads and uses the App

Content: Image files and other media processed using the App

Article 3: License Grant

3.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; remove copyright or other proprietary notices; use the App for unlawful purposes; or transfer your license to a third party.

Article 4: Use of the App

4.1 Image Processing

Images are loaded, processed, and exported using Apple frameworks (CoreGraphics / ImageIO / Core Image, etc.). All processing runs locally on your device. No images are ever sent to external servers.

4.2 Supported Formats

Input images: JPEG / PNG / TIFF / HEIC (WebP where supported). Output images: JPEG (square, variable size/quality). Logo images: PNG / JPEG / TIFF / HEIC / PSD / PDF / AI.

4.3 File Storage

Processed images and ZIP files are saved locally in a folder you select. You are responsible for backing up your files. We are not liable for any data loss.

Article 5: Pricing

The App is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Article 6: Prohibited Conduct

You may not: process copyrighted content without permission; use the App for any unlawful purpose; infringe intellectual property rights; circumvent security features; interfere with the operation of the App; introduce malware or harmful code; or resell or redistribute the App.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

The App (including its design, code, and content) is owned by ARTJUNKIE Inc. “ProductImage Pro” and the app logo are our trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You retain all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership of your image files.

Article 8: Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change without notice. Output quality depends on the source files. macOS 14.0 or later is required.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of images or data

• Processing interruptions

• Output file quality issues

• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

• Third-party claims related to your images

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (zero for a free app).

Article 10: Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Article 11: Updates and Changes

We may release updates to improve the App. Updates may change features or requirements. These Terms may change at any time. Material changes will be communicated via app updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 12: Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling removes the App and its local data. We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice. Your image files remain yours after termination.

Article 13: Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 14: General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.

Article 15: Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and ARTJUNKIE Inc., not with Apple. The license is limited to use on Apple devices that you own or control. ARTJUNKIE Inc., not Apple, is responsible for support of the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
