Introduction
ProductImage Pro (“the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Data Collection
The App does not collect any of your personal data (Data Not Collected). All processing happens locally on your Mac, and no images or data are ever sent to external servers.
Information stored locally (on your device only)
App settings (output size, margin, background mode, naming rules, overlay configuration, language preference, setting profiles, etc.); Added logo images (copied into the app’s container); Image files you load and process, and their results.
Optional diagnostics (via Apple)
App crash reports (only if enabled in your macOS settings, sent via Apple). You can disable this anytime in macOS “Privacy & Security” settings.
Information We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect: personally identifiable information; email addresses or contact information; location data; the content of your images; browsing history; or tracking device identifiers.
Data Storage
All image files and settings are stored locally on your Mac. There is no cloud storage or syncing. No external server receives your data.
Data Retention
App settings and added logos: until you uninstall the App (or delete them). Image files: until you delete them.
Information Sharing
The App does not perform any network communication, so it does not share information with third parties. The sole exception is that, if you have enabled macOS crash reporting, Apple Inc. may receive diagnostic information.
Your Rights
Right to deletion: Uninstalling the App removes its settings and added logos. You can delete processed images from your storage location. Right to object: You can disable diagnostic sharing in macOS privacy settings.
Permissions Required
File Access — Purpose: To read image folders and save processed results and ZIP files. Scope: Only the folders and files you explicitly select. The App runs under App Sandbox and does not access anything outside your chosen locations.
Third-Party Services
The App uses no external third-party SDKs or analytics services. All image processing runs locally using Apple’s system frameworks (CoreGraphics / ImageIO / Core Image, etc.).
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Local data storage protected by macOS security. No network transmission of image data. Minimal-permission design via App Sandbox.
Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be announced in app update release notes and in-app notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
