  • Selected monitoring areas / CSS selectors
  • Check interval settings

  • Custom sound and alarm duration settings
  • Detection logs and change history
  • Last checked time and detection status

This data is used only to provide the App’s monitoring and notification features.

2.2 Account and Authentication Information

General users can use the App without creating an account.

However, when using staff access or premium-related features, the App may use Firebase Authentication or Google Play services to verify access rights.

In that case, the following information may be processed:

  • Firebase user ID
  • Email address associated with the signed-in account
  • Subscription or entitlement status

This information is used only to verify whether the user has access to premium or staff-only features.

2.3 Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription, payment and subscription management are handled by Google Play.

We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Google Play may provide the App with purchase status information necessary to determine whether premium features are available.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites accessed through the App.

The App uses Android WebView to display websites.

Rimtic itself does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.

Data stored locally remains on your device until:

  • You delete the monitored item
  • You clear logs
  • You uninstall the App

Detection logs are limited to recent records according to the App’s log retention behavior.

Authentication and subscription-related data may be retained by Firebase or Google Play according to their respective policies.

10. User Control

Users can:

  • Add, edit, or delete monitored websites
  • Enable or disable individual monitoring items
  • Clear logs
  • Change notification and alarm settings
  • Sign out from staff access if used
  • Delete local data by uninstalling the App

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or tracking purposes.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through authentication features, please contact us.

12. International Data Transfers

Most App data is stored locally on the user’s device.

If Firebase Authentication, Firestore, or Google Play services are used, data may be processed by Google-managed systems, which may involve processing in countries outside the user’s country of residence.
