Introduction

IMAGLYPH (the “App”) is a single-player strategy card game operated by ARTJUNKIE Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the current review build of the App.

Data Collection

The current review build does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. No account registration is required. The App contains no advertising, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, or third-party login service.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

  • Your custom deck configuration
  • Battle logs and match summaries generated during play
  • App preferences, including language and display settings

This information remains in the App’s local storage and is not sent to ARTJUNKIE Inc. or any external server. It is removed when you delete the App, subject to your device’s backup and restore behavior.

Network Communication

The App does not require an internet connection for gameplay and does not send gameplay data, deck data, or battle logs over the internet. If you choose to open an external support or App Store link, your browser or the App Store app handles that connection under the applicable service’s privacy policy.

Device Permissions

The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, precise location, Bluetooth, local network, or push notifications.

Planned In-App Purchases

A future version may offer optional digital content through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. The current review build has no active in-app purchases. Before paid features are released, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated to describe the final data handling. Apple will process payments, and the App may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to deliver or restore purchases. The App will not receive or store payment card details.

Apple Diagnostics

Apple may collect crash reports or diagnostics if you have enabled sharing with app developers in your device settings. Such information is processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms. The App does not include a separate crash-reporting or analytics SDK.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Data Sharing and Sale

ARTJUNKIE Inc. does not receive App user data and therefore does not sell, rent, or share such data with third parties.

Your Choices

Because the App does not collect personal data or create user accounts, there is no server-side personal data to access, correct, export, or delete. You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features or data practices change. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page.
