These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of GoFlow Pro (the “App”). By using the App, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2: Definitions

User: An individual who downloads and uses the App

Pro Version: The paid upgrade that removes feature limitations
Article 3: License Grant
3.1 License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:
– Copy, modify, or distribute the App
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
– Remove any proprietary notices from the App
– Use the App for any illegal purpose
– Transfer the license to another party
Article 4: Use of the App
4.1 Video Processing
– The App processes video files using FFmpeg
– Stream copy is used to preserve original quality
– Processing is performed locally on your device
4.2 Supported Formats
– Input: MP4, MOV, MKV
– Output: MP4 (Free), MP4/MOV/MKV (Pro)
– Quality may vary based on source files
4.3 Camera Detection
– Optional automatic detection of action cameras
– Requires permission to access removable volumes
– Users can disable this feature in Settings
4.4 File Storage
– All videos are stored locally on your device
– Users are responsible for backing up their files
– We are not responsible for data loss
Article 5: Purchases
5.1 Free Version
– Merge duration limited to 15 minutes
– Single cut point for trimming
– MP4 output format only
– Watermark on exports
5.2 Pro Version (In-App Purchase)
– One-time purchase of $5.99 (or local equivalent)
– Unlimited merge duration
– Unlimited cut points
– MP4, MOV, MKV output formats
– No watermark
– Non-consumable (permanent unlock)
– Tied to your Apple ID
5.3 Payment
– All purchases processed through Apple’s App Store
– Apple’s payment terms apply
– Prices may vary by region
5.4 Refunds
– Refunds are handled by Apple
– Contact Apple Support for refund requests
– We cannot process refunds directly
5.5 Restore Purchases
– Use “Restore Purchases” to recover your purchase on new devices
– Requires the same Apple ID used for original purchase
Article 6: Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Illegal Use
– Process copyrighted content without permission
– Use the App for illegal purposes
– Violate intellectual property rights
- Unauthorized Use
– Circumvent security features
– Use the App in unauthorized ways
– Exceed licensed usage
- Harmful Activities
– Interfere with the App’s operation
– Introduce malware or harmful code
– Attempt to access other users’ data
- Commercial Misuse
– Resell or redistribute the App
– Use in unauthorized commercial contexts
Article 7: Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
– The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by ARTJUNKIE Inc.
– “GoFlow Pro” and the App logo are our trademarks
– All rights not expressly granted are reserved
7.2 User Content
– You retain all rights to videos you process
– We claim no ownership of your video files
– You are responsible for the content of your videos
7.3 Third-Party Software
– The App includes FFmpeg (LGPL/GPL licensed)

Article 8: Disclaimers
8.1 “As Is” Provision
– The App is provided “as is” without warranties
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
– Features may change without notice
8.2 Processing Quality
– Video quality depends on source files
– We do not guarantee specific quality levels
– Results may vary based on input formats
8.3 Compatibility
– Requires macOS 14.0 or later
– May not work with all video formats
– Some video configurations may not be processable
Article 9: Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
– Loss of videos or data
– Interruption of processing
– Inability to process specific content
– Quality issues with output files
– Damages from App use or inability to use
– Third-party claims related to your videos
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
Article 10: Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Article 11: Updates and Changes
11.1 App Updates
– We may release updates to improve the App
– Updates may change features or requirements
– Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance
11.2 Terms Changes
– We may modify these Terms at any time
– Significant changes will be notified through app updates
– Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Article 12: Termination
12.1 By You
– You may stop using the App at any time
– Uninstall to remove the App and local data
12.2 By Us
– We may terminate your license for Terms violations
– We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice
12.3 Effect of Termination
– License to use the App ends
– Your video files remain your property
– Provisions that should survive will continue
Article 13: Governing Law
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
13.2 Jurisdiction
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.
Article 14: General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
Article 15: Apple-Specific Terms
15.1 Acknowledgement
These Terms are between you and ARTJUNKIE Inc., not Apple.
15.2 Scope of License
The license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
15.3 Maintenance and Support
We, not Apple, are responsible for App support.
15.4 Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
